Family Reunification Support

When a child is living somewhere else, every day can feel like a question mark. Our Family Reunification Services exist to bring clarity, structure, and hope into that uncertainty. We sit down with parents, caregivers, and when appropriate, youth, to build a reunification plan that is specific, realistic, and focused on safety. 

Together we outline what must change, what support is needed, and how everyone will know progress is happening. Often this includes intensive family services in the home, removal prevention for siblings still in the household, conflict resolution, and close coordination with caseworkers and legal partners. We use trauma-informed, solution-focused tools to address patterns - not just single incidents - so children are not moving in and out of placements. Parents are never left guessing; we translate system language into plain words and check in regularly to adjust the plan as life shifts. Our aim is not only to bring families back under one roof, but to help them stay there, steadier and more connected than before.
